General Information

Pop Sonic cares about all of our clients, and that is why we partner with only the very best delivery services to ensure your orders arrive on time. All orders are shipped via Standard US Postal Service.

Pop Sonic only ships to US customers at this time.

Delivery Time

Orders placed at shoppopsonic.com during regular business days prior to 5PM EST (2 PM PST) will generally take 24-48 hours to process in order to make sure we get your order right and ensure your complete satisfaction.

Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days although this may vary depending on your location. Orders shipped to military bases may take longer than standard shipments. Delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to delays that may be incurred by the courier company.

Courier shipments are also available through FedEx, UPS and DHL at an additional cost.

Pop Sonic ships to all 50 US states and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.) We also ship to APO and FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail.

Rates - Continental US

For orders under $50.00, Pop Sonic charges a flat shipping fee of $5.00. This rate is based on regular USPS ground service or other such method as Pop Sonic may select. For orders of $50.00 or more, shipping is free throughout the Continental US.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email informing you that your order has shipped. Tracking information will be provided if it is available for your location. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email.

Order status can be viewed at any time by logging into your Pop Sonic account.
