Returns & Refunds
Pop Sonic wants your ordering experience to be as pleasant as possible.
On rare occasions, it is possible that a product may be defective or that the incorrect product was ordered. For this reason, we created a simple Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy.
Purchases made from https://shoppopsonic.com/
Customers have 30 days to return items ordered on shoppopsonic.com. Items must be unopened and unused for a full refund. Items that have been used cannot be returned. Pop Sonic is not responsible for return shipping costs.
For returns, please contact customer service at (800) 772-9174 or email@example.com. Please ensure you have the receipt and order number on hand.
If your product is damaged or defective, refer to Pop Sonic’s “Warranty” page for instructions on what to do with your damaged or defective product.
Purchases made elsewhere
If you did not buy your Pop Sonic product at www.shoppopsonic.com you must return your product to the place of business where you made the purchase.

Please note that shipping charges are non refundable.
The customer undertakes to return any defective products within thirty (30) days as part of the agreement in accepting any replacement products. Pop Sonic will charge the customer’s credit card for any replacement product shipped in addition to the original order in the event that the defective goods are not returned within the 30 day period.
Please allow 7 - 14 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. Pop Sonic will make every effort to process your return as quickly as possible. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the same card as the original purchase.
