    "I originally purchased the Pop Sonic Spade on QVC 06-26-21 and received it 07-03-21. I followed all instructions as to usage and care and enjoyed using it, however, my device would not turn on last week and I tried charging it several times and nothing happened. I reached out to customer service here, as the return window had closed and I could not return it to QVC.
