Pop Sonic Limited Warranty
For product purchased at www.shoppopsonic.com and www.popdental.com, Pop Sonic will replace your originally purchased item, within one year of the shipping confirmation date (2 years for the Leaf) if it is found to be defective in materials or function. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser. Save your shipping confirmation as proof of date of shipment. Proof of purchase is required – even if your product is a gift.
If your product was purchased at www.shoppopsonic.com or www.popdental.com, the customer is required to pay the postage to return the defective unit. Electronic units will be evaluated by our service center. If your unit is repairable it will be serviced and shipped back to you. If your unit is not repairable Pop Dental will cover the cost to reship and replace your unit with a new unit. If a unit is returned and is functioning it will be returned to you.

Warranty Exchanges for 3rd Party purchases (Items Not Purchased Directly Through Pop Dental): Please provide proof of purchase with a date from your third party vendor. Any warranty exchange will require an approval from Pop Dental.
What is not covered under warranty:
- Broken brush head tips are considered damage to the product and are not covered under warranty.
- Damage caused by misuse – submersion in water, abuse, neglect, alterations, or dropping the product.
- Normal wear and tear, including chips scratches, abrasions, discoloration or fading.
Limitation of Remedies
In no event shall Pop Dental be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, tort, or any other legal theory. Such damages include, without limitation, loss of savings or revenue; loss of profit; loss of use; the claims of third parties including, without limitation, dentists and dental hygienists; and cost of any substitute equipment or services.
