If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for a full refund of your item.

  • Items must be unopened and unused for a full refund. 
  • Items that have been used cannot be returned. 
  • Pop Sonic is not responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, please email our support team at help@shoppopsonic.com. A member of our team will guide you through the next steps. Please do not ship your order back without first contacting us, as we’re unable to process refunds for undocumented returns.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of your original purchase date.
  • Return postage is not included and may be deducted from your total refund.
  • A handling fee may apply.
  • Be sure to keep your return tracking number, as we cannot refund items that are not delivered to our designated returns address.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind our products and want every experience with Pop Sonic to be exceptional. If you received a product that’s defective or arrived damaged, please reach out to help@shoppopsonic.com. We'll make it right.

Even in these cases, we ask that you speak with our customer support team before sending anything back, so we can properly document the issue and ensure you get the quickest and most helpful resolution.

Purchases Made Elsewhere

If you purchased your Pop Sonic product from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer directly for return and refund options. We are only able to process returns for items purchased directly from shoppopsonic.com.

Additional Information

Please allow 7  - 14 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. Pop Sonic will make every effort to process your return as quickly as possible. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the same card as the original purchase.
